We booked it before and can recommend it to everyone. Everything was good, favourable location next to a long tunnel and one of the main entry points for the center of Ancona and the center of Ancona and many restaurants, really amazing experience. The staff was amiable, always on hand when needed.

The staff here is really friendly and the host is welcoming too 🌟 the location is awesome, just a short 4-6 minute stroll from downtown. I'd definitely recommend this place to anyone, I absolutely loved it!

The staff are very competent and helpful, as well as the owner. the location is magnificent and convenient, close to the Bolonia city center and restaurants and shopping. - It is close to a long tunnel and one of the main entry points to the center of Ancona.

We stayed one night after a ferry crossing from Croatia. Lydia suggested visiting the Grotto Frasassi, which was well worth the drive. The room was clean and spacious, with gluten-free options for breakfast. The location was close to Piazza Roma and a supermarket, making it convenient for transport and supplies. The B&B provided a voucher system for parking nearby.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.
